2020 Invention Convention Singapore Nationals

IDE Academy hosted the second annual Invention Convention Singapore Nationals from 16-20 November 2020. In 2020, more than 100 young inventors from Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam met virtually over a mixed-reality platform to showcase their inventions.

We were honored to have met these brilliant young inventors and their inventions. Some inventors focused on solving urgent problems resulting from our current pandemic, some chose to solve long-term issues like environmental pollution or food waste – challenges faced worldwide. Yet others invented solutions closer to heart, solving real and everyday problems that affect people from different walks of life.
